According to The Stage:

A year-long hiatus of plays by white men and live AI translation of performances into more than 60 languages are among the Big Ideas to be proposed at The Stage’s 2025 Future of Theatre conference.

Why not ban all plays by white men, who are after all a bit like oil, they have been enriching the world for centuries but now it's time to stop and switch to more diverse alternatives.

The 60 languages probably won't include Russian, since what have they contributed to the arts over the centuries, but probably will include Kwanzaa just in case any Swahili speakers are in the audience.
