The economies of Las Vegas, Miami, Reno and San Diego are bracing themselves for the hit now that Canada has announced a ban on Canadian 'snowbirds' and 'low-rolling' gamblers going south to spend their money in the USA.

A spokesperson explained:

A spokesperson for the Sizzlers restaurant chain told FNN:

We may have to cancel our 'All you can eat for $9.99' buffet, which was a favorite among our Canadian visitors, and remove the dime fruit machines from our restaurants.

The loss of our Canadian guests is going to hit us hard.
