The Discombobulator!

Apparently the discombobulator was the key asset behind the successful kidnapping of President Maduro from Venezuela.

When it was used all the switches were turned off, the lights went out and everything stopped - allowing US special forces to waltz in and capture Maduro.

This is a classic Trump term meaning: 'I don't want to explain it because it's really nothing out of the ordinary'.

Maybe it is more than just sophisticated 'jamming' but who knows?
