Pinky and Perky, the famous porcine children's TV presenters from Czechoslovakia, took time off from their favorite occupation of 'makin' bacon' to send a cease and desist letter to Fabio's Gelato, an ice cream maker based in Hitchin, Herts.

The problem is a new flavor called Perky Pig Gelato, which Perky claims violates his trademark and Pinky is not happy about either as the gelato is pink.

They were supported by their Italian friend Topo Gigio who said: Fabio...you canna keesa that flavor goo'night!

As a result, Fabio's has been forced to rename their gelato 'Fabios Pig' despite altering the flavoring used (pork scratchings) to something more conventional.

A spokesperson for Fabio's told FNN:

Mamma Mia! Thats a some spicy meatball!

We think they had a little too much vino and are getting mixed up with the old Alka-Seltzer advert.
