It looks like the BBC is refusing to pay President Trump any compensation for their fake news on Panorama.
Today that is.
But now, according to the Telegraph, another fake news item from the BBC has been uncovered:

BBC Newsnight also doctored Trump speech
US president’s legal team accuses corporation of ‘pattern of defamation’ after latest Telegraph revelations
BBC Newsnight also doctored footage of a Donald Trump speech and ignored concerns that were raised about it, The Telegraph can reveal.
Spliced footage of the speech, which aired in an episode in 2022, made it appear that Mr Trump was encouraging his supporters to riot.
The edit was similar to a version aired in a Panorama documentary broadcast last year.
Oh dear.
And who is going to resign over this one? A cleaner at Broadcasting House?
It's become abundantly clear that anti-Trump activists are crawling all over the BBC's output looking for opportunities to smear him.
They need to check-in to a TDS (Trump Derangement Syndome) clinic for treatment before fake news destroys their employer and this whole debacle tests the 'special relationship' that Airstrip One has with the USA.
As the Spectator newsletter points out:
The BBC is ‘looking into’ the latest reports, though it must be said: one bad edit is unfortunate; two looks like a little more than carelessness.
