A Labour councillor has been suspended after telling an anti-far-right crowd of smiling, peaceful protestors in London:

We need to cut all their throats and get rid of them all!

Labour has been quick to distance itself from this 'final solution' suggestion, which will do little to help reduce knife crime in the capital.

The Metropolitan Police have already ruled out a 'hate speech' prosecution since the intended victims are not Muslims, transgender people or Scots. Instead the man has been arrested on charges including 'incitement to murder'.

A spokesperson explained:

Like previous 'incitements to murder' calling for the assassination of Trump and throwing acid in Nigel Farage's face, it's obvious that this was a joke as evidenced by the general hilarity in the crowd after it was suggested and the speaker's own dramatic throat-slitting gesture.

Let's face it. You right-wing fascists need to get a life and lighten up!
