Vladimir Putin's spymaster 'has telephone call with MI6 chief' as EU leaders meet to discuss Ukraine funding
Actually, the headline should read 'Vladimir Putin's spymaster has telephone call with Keir Starmer's spymaster' but no, it has to be faked so the dastardly Russian is portrayed as a spymaster (as he is) but not the head of MI6 (as she also is).
Not only that, but the article goes on to claim that:
Sky News military analyst Michael Clarke believes it shows Moscow is "trying to imply that the Brits are somehow appealing to them… because of the negotiations going on in Washington".
It can't just be a useful 'working' call between the heads of two secret services, there has to be some underlying bullshit uncovered by 'analysts' seeking more evidence of Russia's wily ways of wickedness.
FNN remembers how in the USA, an 'analyst' was defined as someone who knew just a little more about the news than the person reading it on-air off the teleprompter.
